100 Word Challenge Week #7

As the door slammed, I knew I shouldn't have eaten those nachos with extra cheese. The Extreme Scream Machine is the scariest ride ever, the music was blaring the lights were racing and as we jerked in motion I glanced at the ride operator. He smirked with his crooked smile and I could see his missing teeth. As the ride gained momentum my lunch started to rise. We were spinning at a tornado pace, then accelerated to top speed, I didn't know how much longer I could last. Suddenly the ride was over, my head was spinning and my legs were wobbly but I managed to keep my lunch down.

    You have used some very descriptive vocabulary e.g. "blaring", "smirked", and "momentum". I'm wondering about the beginning of your story; what door are you slamming, and why? Well done on completing Week #7 of the 100 Word Challenge.
